Merck CEO Ken Frazier will retire effective June 30 and will likely be changed with the corporate’s CFO Robert Davis, the corporate introduced on Thursday.
Frazier will proceed to serve on Merck’s board of administrators as government chairman “for a transition period to be determined by the board,” the corporate stated in a press release.
