Kristin Cavallari’s Advice to Startup Entrepreneurs: ‘Go For It, But Be Honest With Yourself’

Kristin Cavallari is a best-selling writer, TV persona and CEO and founding father of Uncommon James, a -based jewellery and attire model. She is not any stranger to the -taking and the it takes to discover success. When requested if now was a superb time for startup entrepreneurs to take an opportunity on a brand new endeavor, she did not hesitate to reply: “You should go for it!”  

“Fear is the biggest thing that stands in everybody’s way,” Cavallari says, including, “but I think there is a way to go for it and also be smart.”

She believes the very first thing you want to have an sincere dialog with your self. Do you really have the time, ardour and tolerance for ache that launching a startup requires? “Because if you don’t, being an entrepreneur will eat you alive,” Cavallari says. “This is not a 9-to-5 job. It is very, very difficult and so you have to be willing to put in the hours, go above and beyond, and give it your all.” 

Her second massive piece of recommendation: be cautious along with your money. “You shouldn’t put all of your eggs in one basket,” she says. “You can’t just throw all of your money into a startup — you have to have a safety net.”

But in case your coronary heart and funding are in the correct place? “Once you make up your mind, go for it,” says Cavallari. “Don’t let anybody or anything stop you.”
